(1) Background: Applying medical procedures to keep track of athletes’ metabolic health is a well-known behavior for increasing sports performance. This study’s primary goal was examine whether implementing health-screening routine using invasive and non-invasive methods in mountain running training program can increase performance by obtaining better rank specific races. (2) Methods: Seven male runners with good results at the international level participated research, which featured an initial final test. The test took place March beginning competitive season, September end annual plan 2021. entire experiment used tests, such as taking blood samples perform biochemistry analysis, races, determinations VO2max, EKGs, urine NeuroTracker tests.
